The biography begins in 2018, when Mukul, a coming out govt. employee of Assam, teaches gay issues, and organizes queer youths. He publishes for repealing IPC Section 377 that criminalizes gay sex in India. Gayatri likes Mukul’s poems. Gayatri is attracted to Tora secretly who loves Argha, their dance school class-mate. Argha desires Mukul secretly who tells Argha to visit his NGO. Mukul tries to support a hidden trans-youth whose suicide makes Mukul helpless as there lacks a system to address queer mental health.
